Biography
I began my career with a graduate degree in fine art which prepared me to be a teacher, curator, lobbyist, fundraiser, non-profit executive, and finally a philanthropic advisor advocating for human rights in the digital age. Who says a Master of Fine Arts degree is a waste of time and money?
I have worked with an extremely wide range of individuals throughout my career and have two grown children, so I’m a keen listener. I have had to respond to innumerable conflicts, challenges, and successes with new visions that achieve joyous and effective results.

Laser-Coaching Unlimited
Following an initial 90-minute discovery and goal-setting session, you will have unlimited 15-minute laser coaching. Agreed-upon benchmarks (homework) must be completed before scheduling your next session.
You will be asked to take a behavioral assessment prior to the 90-minute strategy session. We will review the assessment results in that initial session, which usually provides valuable insights and possible breakthroughs.

Assessment Tools
The assessment tools I rely on are widely used by Fortune 500 companies and the US military and have been certified as 93% accurate. The initial DiSC assessment measures behavioral tendencies and provides guidance for creating a thriving career and personal environment. While you will only take the DiSC® assessment initially other assessment tools may be used during the coaching process to measure different types of motivators, values, skills, and ways of thinking. There is always room for more effective interpretation, and we will only use the results that resonate with your goals.
* $250 per month (two coaching sessions per month).

Strategy Coaching
Following an initial 90-minute discovery and personal goal-setting session, two 1-hour sessions per month may be scheduled.
You will be asked to take an assessment prior to the 90-minute strategy session, and we will review the results in that initial session.
* $250 per month for two 1-hour coaching sessions per month.

Organizational or Business Assessment Coaching
For businesses and other organizations, this program will evaluate client designated individuals or teams with the overarching goal of forming more effective teams and supporting both supervisors and employees. These assessments reveal gaps or overlaps in teams based on behavioral style, motivators (values), a talent and skills inventory, and ways of thinking. These are invaluable tools to create better hires and more effective management. Supervisors and executives find these assessments to provide vital information for success, and they can also be used for relationships, including families.

Mastermind for parents or caregivers
Exhausted? Juggling work and/or a job search while running a school for your children? Let’s get through this together! Join this elite and results-oriented mastermind for frantic parents juggling working at home and raising children in the middle of a pandemic.
For a three month period, a group of no more than 5 individuals will meet weekly by phone for 60 minutes. During the mastermind, there will be opportunities for laser coaching as well as brainstorming with the mastermind. I will keep the group on task and results-oriented.
